STEP 1
Initial Phone Consultation
PLEASE Call Larry at (405) 834-4301 or Forrest at (405) 408-6162
between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday - Friday.
This step does NOT set an appointment. During this consultation, we will discuss your vehicle issue(s) and will determine if our Volunteer Car Care program is a good fit for you.
We also strongly advise you to read our Car Care Guidelines.
STEP 2
Schedule Your Time at The Clinic
All appointments require a call to LARRY at (405) 834-4301 at 9 am MONDAY prior to the scheduled Clinic you desire to attend. Please Note: Most Car Care Clinics are full by 9:20 a.m. the Monday before.
If no one answers, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE.
If you can't attend your appointment, contact Larry to cancel at your earliest convenience. This will enable us to help another person with their vehicle.
2025 Car Care Clinics are held 2 Saturdays most months. (See Schedule below)
Clinics begin at 9 am and conclude at 12 pm. (Optimal arrival time is 8:45 am.)
We receive No Tow-ins.
See our SCHEDULE below for more information.
STEP 3
Day of Your Appointment
You must arrive, with your running vehicle, by 8:45 and no later than 9:00am to allow the time needed to make minor repairs or diagnostics within your 3-hour appointment window.
No Tow-ins will be accepted.
All Car Care Clinics are held at the Godspeed Shop in Arcadia. See map on Schedule.
You are responsible for providing any needed parts. We can help you with the decisions of what parts are needed when you call on the Monday before your appointment.
We provide FREE LABOR.
You must stay on the shop premises through the duration of your repair.
Diagnostics may require a second visit to make repairs when the needed parts have not yet been purchased.
IF REQUIRED
Additional Appointments
If additional appointments are required, please start back at STEP 1. You must call no later than Monday at 9:00 am of the week of the next Clinic.
